This Privacy Policy explains how YourCoachKarim ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit yourcoachkarim.com or apply for coaching services.

When you use this website, I may collect:
- Application details — name, email, training goals, and any information you provide when applying for coaching.
- Free tool inputs — data you enter into the calorie, 1-Rep Max, body fat, or water intake calculators. These calculations happen in your browser and are not stored on my server.
- Basic technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by the hosting provider.
How I Use Your Information
- To respond to your coaching application and communicate with you
- To build and deliver your personalized training and nutrition program if you become a client
- To improve the website and the free tools it offers
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
This site uses a small number of external services to function:
- USDA FoodData Central and a locally hosted food database — used to power the Food & Macro Lookup tool. Search terms you enter are sent to look up nutrition data but are not linked to your identity.
- YouTube — used to display my latest video uploads via a public RSS feed.
Data Retention
Application form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage the coaching relationship, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
